Surface Decoration

During the first at college, in my surface decoration class, I experimented by printing with real fruit.  I painted onto a real kiwi, then pressed onto paper firstly   By doing so I was able to have the natural textures of the kiwi itself and make my work more interesting by using real fruit.  I started doing this as a pattern in my sketchbook before moving on to making a different textile later on in my project.
